Supreme Court to hear a plea filed by 14 political parties regarding arbitrary use of CBI and ED on 5th April


24 March, 2023

Indian National Congress, Shiv Sena, and Aam Aadmi Party, along with other 11 political parties moved to the Supreme Court against the alleged arbitrary use of Central agencies such as the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) in arresting leaders of opposition parties.
