Supreme Court on holiday today, will resume steady hearings from next week April 10, 2023

Today, the Supreme Court of India is on holiday on the occasion of Mahavir Jayanti; therefore, the matters listed for this week will probably be heard on April 5, 2023. Along with this, the Supreme Court will also be closed on the occasion of Good Friday on April 7, 2023. Therefore, this week the judgments and orders to be delivered would be less in comparison to regular working days. The top Court will have a busy month from April 10, 2023, after the holidays and matters including Bilkis Bano, Delhi excise policy case (K. Kavitha) and ban of harmful pesticides will be heard.
